NOW® Protein Digest, with BioCore® Edge™, is a unique enzyme blend formulated to increase the bio-accessibility of protein found in high protein supplements and meal replacements. Protein Digest provides complete protein digestion by increasing protein hydrolysis (break down) in the stomach and small intestine. These enzymes are derived exclusively from fungal sources obtained through the controlled fermentation of Aspergillus oryzae, Aspergillus melleus and Aspergillus niger.
Contains NO sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, shellfish or preservatives. Protein Digest is 100% vegetarian.
Other Ingredients: Rice bran, cellulose (capsule), maltodextrin.
Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 Vcap with each high protein meal or supplement containing up to 25g of protein. Best used in combination with NOW Optimal Digestive System, Super Enzymes or Dairy Digest Complete.
