I used it as part of a 21 day cleanse for my breakfast shake, and now 4 months later it is hard for me to use anything else. It has an excellent profile, no artificial ingredients, digests easily, and tastes pretty good. I do find the taste a little "earthy", as others have stated, but it does grow on you. A bit of vegetable 'earthiness,' but not unpleasant. I felt really good after eating them also, although that might be incidental.
