I go back and forth between the two flavors to change it up. Quick and easy to stir or mix. My gains are substantial as I am competing as a light heavyweight instead of a lightweight. Making the "right gains" remains important as a natural bodybuilder. I really believe in this product. I would recommend adding it to Orange Juice. I can't even feel a gritty texture when I add it to pulp free. I normally prefer pills or caps but this is really easy to take. Doesn't take much liquid.
