What I like: It's made with 100% whey protein. The price is very reasonable. Mixes well. Seems to fill me up; very thick.
What I dislike: The taste. The strawberry is tolerable and is what I wound up re-ordering. I can get the chocolate down if I don't breathe and chug it. It's much better if you blend in some peanut butter, but that kind of defeats the purpose, doesn't it? I haven't tried the vanilla, but I've tried other vanilla MRP products and they've made me wretch, so I would expect this to be the same.
Recommended Use: Consume 1-3 servings daily. Use in place of 1 or more of your 4-6 small meals or as a high protein between meals snack.
Warning: This product contains whey derived from dairy and lecithin (to improve mixability) derived from soybeans.
The tryptophan in the product is naturally occuring.
