I take phenibut on weekends before going to sleep when I've been up late drinking alcohol. The phenibut allows me to stay asleep for a full 8-9 hours instead of waking up at my normal weekday time. The full nights sleep almost completely eliminates any hangover feelings. Highly recommended if you experience hangovers after a night out.

Because I have both Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (both diagnosed by fully qualified professionals), for over twenty years I've suffered from a relentless, serious sleep disorder, which has not been significantly relieved by any prescription medications, nor any herbal products, with the exception of the mild help of valerian. I began using 2 capsules of Primaforce Phenibut in 2011, over a year ago, and am amazed by consistently being able to sleep for six hours, after which I take a second dose and resume sleep. On the "clear out" days when I don't take it, I rarely sleep more than a few hours. I wake up refreshed, with no ‘hangover’ feeling.
Furthermore, Phenibut eliminates my horrendous nightmares, and also the constant anxiety and negativity I experience during the day, without the dizziness, logginess or confusion of prescription tranquilizers.
