I have been using it for years, and I love it. Usually I have it with plain water or mixed in my morning decaf. Mixing it with water in the blender makes it taste even better. If I'm not watching my carbs I'll mix it with skim milk to make it even more delicious! It's good, no matter how you use it. It has quality protein, no aspartame, low carbs, virtually no fat, and it tastes great! I would highly recommend this product. Honestly, I have no way to know if it does any good, but everything I read says high protein is good within an hour after you work out.
