This stuff has everything you need in it , 29g protein (and don't be misled, the serving scoop is not huge, it is average size)as well as 5g of creatine and bcaas. It also has betaine as well. It is a bit pricier than other proteins but I believe with this, you get what you pay for. It's a well made, high quality protein supplement. This runs around 80 bucks in stores give or take some, Netrition has the best price I know of. Bottom line is you cant go wrong with this.
