I'm on a limited calorie diet, but I wanted to limit the muscle loss while on my diet. I've read that if you cut down the calories, first thing to go is your testosterone production. So I'm taking Endotest to boost production, and Estrodex/Attitude to preserve what's there already. Combining these 3 products and supplementing it with other helpful products (V12, Tight! Hardcore, BCAA, creatine, HMB, CLA, Fish Oil, and multi) has helped out tremendously. I'm recovering much quicker than before. And because I know I can recover in time for the next workout, I push myself harder. I'm seeing noticeable gain in muscle volume. Using Tanita BF measuring scale, I'm gaining muscle while dropping fat, which is AWESOME! I don't expect growth at this rate to continue, but I'm convinced that I will be able to preserve the muscle while on diet.
