(Thanks for the free sample, Netrition. Otherwise I would have never tried Tight! Xtreme.) I take one capsule for a little help with appetite control, and two capsules before a workout. I notice a HUGE difference in my exercise endurance when taking these. If you are small (I'm 5'3", 112 lbs) make sure you start with one pill as two are pretty powerful.
