Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 to 2 capsules with 8 oz. of water 30 minutes prior to a meal. Shortly after ingesting Raspberry Ketones it is common to have a feeling of warmth. This is perfectly normal and does subside within about 15 minutes.
