The more the better I say to dilute the taste. I don't think it tastes the greatest but I'm sure they've done their best. I wait longer than 20 minutes after I drink it before I begin exercise. It seems to work better if I wait around 45 minutes. I definitely feel the pump while using this. I have more energy and, I think more importantly, more endurance.
