The next day the burning was gone but our joints felt much better. My wife had a hip and knee pop at training all the time, once she took these all that went away. I have serious joint damage due to an undiagnosed Lyme disease incident several years ago. I was very concerned that I might have to have knee replacement surgery, but the Animal Flex has helped my knee greatly. I might add that I've worked out for years and I'm 70 years old.
