I am diabetic and lactose intolerant, and this product is one of my favorites. I use it on my multi-fiber flakes for breakfast and in the blender when I make protein shakes. I have occasionally used the chocolate for shakes and it is delicious, also. I have tried unsweetened soymilk, coconut, almond and a combination of coconut and almond milks, and this one beats them all for flavor and calorie count. I like the Soy chocolate flavor the best and vanilla second. I mix chocolate with Designer Whey chocolate and the vanilla with Designer Whey strawberry. I throw in some Stevia Clear to sweeten it and some water to dilute it. Yum! A Great protein drink! I have tried many brands of Soymilk and far and away, Soy Slender Soymilk is the best tasting.
