The lemon is tart and sweet and wonderfully refreshing, the berry is really berry and nicely sweet and is my favorite. The mint is excellent for freshening your breath and works wonderfully and taste really good too. I haven't had sugar in over a year and a half, due to Candida overgrowth. So these are a real treat and it's so nice to know they are good for you too with the Xylitol in them. Most people don't know that Xylitol is anti-fungal and kills fungus {yeast, mold and mildew} in your body, so that's a real plus! Was this review helpful to you? Yes  No May 17, 2013 Reviewer: Gail in Washington I have purchased the Spry lemon mints and am very impressed. They work well for cough drops as they are a germ killer plus moisten the mouth. They are great for freshening the breath. Also, they taste great as a little treat. I have used saline and xylitol in warm water as a sinus rinse, and that works very well.
