November 29, 2018Reviewer: Jack in New Zealand* I cut them in half. The dose is still plenty strong enough to do a fine job. In addition, they fit under the tongue more easily. When whole, much of them goes into mouth saliva and then down the gullet - and it is mainly not absorbed. For this reason, I would not buy B12 that was not sub-lingual.
