- 1/4 cup liquid Vitafiber
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cups Tagatose (or a low carb brown sugar substitute)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cups Carbquik
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup Lily's sugar free chocolate chips
- 1/4 walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8 x 8 pan.
In a bowl, combine vitafiber, butter, Tagatose, vanilla and egg until well combined. Add Carbquik and salt. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Fold in sugar free chocolate chips and walnuts.
Pour mixture into pan and bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
